“Great to have a Realtor who actually cares about the people he is working for. That is something that does not happen to often in life. Always kept in touch with anything that was going on. Made our home look brand new with the way he sets things up for pictures and state of the art videos. Put in on the market and sold in less then two days at asking price. Took care of everything for us from putting the house up for sale to closing at settlement. Best move we ever made was using Andrew to sell our home for us. Did not pressure us at all during the process and made us feel very comfortable during this sometimes stressful time. He would be the first person we would call if we ever need a realtor again. Outstanding work.”

“Andrew reviewed what were necessary repairs to sell the property and worked with our capable repair person. He gave good advice in all aspects of selling the property, repair, pricing, showings etc. Andrew supervised the project all the way to closing and represented myself and my husband while we were away. It was a great pleasure in working with a professional, dedicated young man. We wish him all the success in the world!!!”

“Andrew was responsive to our needs, offered good useful advice and saw the entire sale through from beginning to end. He was confident in his approach as to how best show and list our our home and wasn’t afraid to test the market which worked to our advantage. At no time did we ever feel we weren’t in good capable hands, or thought that we wouldn’t sell our home. “Andrew was prepared from the moment I initially spoke with him about selling my beloved house. His knowledge of the area, his great, positive disposition, and his willingness to go beyond to sell the house was refreshing. I trusted his guidance, and ended up getting what I wanted for my house. He was flexible, very accessible, and easy to work with. We ran into some administrative glitches that were no fault of his or anyone’s.
